Dalbello Vesuvius

Our Dalbello Vesuvius is one of our first designs made for a client wanting a custom shape that we’re offering to the public. After the great reception we received from the online extended range guitar community and the slew of inquiries about ordering one, it felt it would be a good choice.

This new model for 2018 is named after Mt. Vesuvius, the Italian volcano, one of the most dangerous in the world due to the large population living closely. We felt this would be a good name for this model as though it is ergonomically shaped to be comfortable and highly playable, it is definitely fiery and hot.

Like our entire instrument line, the Vesuvius is heavily customizable to become what the player needs and seeks for their own individual aesthetic, style and sound. We offer standard scale lengths, multi scale options, set-neck, bolt-on neck and neck through construction.

Note this is also available as a headless model.

Pricing

Due to the nature of our custom shop, every instrument is uniquely customized to the player which can create additional fees depending on the specifications chosen.

Our base prices include a 24.75"/ 25.5" / 26" / 26.5" / 27" scale length, solid-body 2 piece natural swamp ash, sapele, or natural white/black limba body (no top wood), bolt-on neck construction, a flamed maple or pau ferro fingerboard, Fishman pickups, MOP side dots, 5 piece maple and walnut neck, carbon fibre rods, stainless steel frets, black hardware, a Hipshot US Contour fixed bridge, 3-way switch, ebony control cavity plate, ebony knobs and a hard case.
